Tailored maintenance agreement

Our tailored maintenance agreement offers customers the opportunity to work with us to build the maintenance program they need. For example, we can include machine condition inspections, remote diagnostic analysis, spare parts, general maintenance and many other services.

Machine condition inspections that are agreed upon in advance ensure the factory recommended service schedules are completed on time and with minimum production interruptions while also helping our customers predict maintenance and spare parts expenses for improved budget planning.

A major part of our maintenance and after sales team is to optimise our customer’s machines and their productivity. In addition to the HewSaw machines we supply, we focus on the entire production process and help identify potential disruptions or bottlenecks with the goal of correcting these issues and improving overall sawmill productivity.

 

Digital remote monitoring

Remote monitoring can help us and our customers to identify and address problems before they occur and can identify steps that can improve sawline production. For example, by monitoring power consumption, we are able to detect worn saws, which minimizes saw costs and increases lumber quality. By detecting issues in advance, we can avoid most problems and production interruptions.

Another effective form of remote monitoring is gauge support, where our specialists utilize the remote connection to inspect the operation of the gauges and cameras for the sawing line. In addition to identifying potential faults in the system, gauges and cameras can be calibrated remotely if necessary.

Spare parts

Fast availability of spare parts is critical to keeping our machines operating at peak performance. To ensure our customers can receive parts when needed, we stock the most common components and keep an inventory of additional parts at our warehouses worldwide.
