Bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung des Klimawandels wird Holz im Wettbewerb der Rohmaterialien untereinander unweigerlich einer der Sieger sein. Das wachsende Interesse an Holz schafft f\u00fcr die S\u00e4geindustrie Nachfrage, aber zugleich versch\u00e4rfen sich die Herausforderungen. Die bedeutendste Herausforderung besteht in dem Erhalt des Rohmaterials zu einem wettbewerbsf\u00e4higen Preis. Nun, wo die Nachfrage nach Holz w\u00e4chst, werden die S\u00e4gewerke sehr wahrscheinlich mit dieser Herausforderung konfrontiert.<\/p>\n

In der Kostenstruktur der S\u00e4gewerke entfallen ca. 70 Prozent der Gesamtkosten auf das Rohmaterial. Deswegen ist die effiziente Verarbeitung des Rundholzes eine \u00dcberlebensbedingung f\u00fcr die Unternehmen der Branche. Aus diesem Grund tun wir alles, um immer intelligentere L\u00f6sungen zu finden, mit denen sich die Kosteneffizienz unserer Kunden verbessern l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

Das j\u00fcngste Beispiel f\u00fcr unsere Entwicklungsarbeit ist das dx-S\u00e4gen, bei dem der Trennschnitt in einer Verarbeitungslinie mit zwei Wellenpaaren erfolgt. Dank dieser Anordnung l\u00e4sst sich die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit maximal auf das Zweifache beschleunigen, was die Verarbeitung des Holzes effizienter macht.<\/p>\n

Durch die Weiterentwicklung der S\u00e4getechnik haben wir auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Hackschnitzel verbessert, die als Nebenprodukt des S\u00e4geprozesses anfallen. Verbesserte Qualit\u00e4t st\u00e4rkt wiederum die Preisbildungskraft der S\u00e4gewerke im Hackschnitzelhandel.<\/p>\n

Auch unsere Dienstleistungen zielen auf eine Verbesserung der Kosteneffizienz ab. Vorbeugende Instandhaltung und Ferndiagnostik der Maschinen des Kunden k\u00f6nnen unn\u00f6tige Produktionsunterbrechungen verhindern.<\/p>\n

Der Effizienzdruck, dem unsere Kunden ausgesetzt ist, gilt nat\u00fcrlich gleicherweise auch f\u00fcr unsere T\u00e4tigkeit, denn wir befinden uns zusammen mit unseren Kunden im selben Holzboot. Jeder Kunde w\u00e4gt Investitionen genau ab, um \u00dcberinvestitionen zu vermeiden. Wir streben st\u00e4ndig nach einer Verbesserung auch unserer eigenen Kosteneffizienz, zum Beispiel indem wir in intelligente Produktionsroboter und Betriebsmodelle investieren.<\/p>\n

Indem wir die Kosteneffizienz unserer Maschinen und Funktionen weiter verbessern, legen wir die Basis daf\u00fcr, dass Holz die Position einnehmen kann, die es verdient hat. Weiter verbessert werden die Chancen f\u00fcr Holz durch die gro\u00dfen Megatrends, die die Menschen dazu anhalten, Energie zu sparen und den CO2-Aussto\u00df zu verringern. Deswegen hat Holz \u2013 ein Material, das Kohlenstoff bindet \u2013 eine gro\u00dfe Zukunft, unter anderem auf dem Bausektor als Ersatz f\u00fcr Beton und Stahl. Beim Aufbau dieser gro\u00dfen Zukunft wollen wir mit von der Partie sein.<\/p>\n
